Shipping & Returns

How long is shipping?

All orders are shipped from the UK with fast delivery. Orders usually arrive within 4-5 days however, due to the postal strikes please be aware that it can take up to 7 working days for orders to arrive. If you have not received your order after 7 days please do get in touch and our team will look into this further.

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to the UK on this website. For shipping to the USA please visit and for shipping in Australia & New Zealand please visit

How do I return my item?

We have a 30 day return policy from the date you recievie a order. All items must be in the original and unused packaging. Please contact us at and we will arrange the returns details for you.

All orders placed from 14th November are elligble for extended Christmas returns, please do get in touch by 31st January if you would like to return a product.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free in the UK.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have checked out you will receive an order confirmation number. This will be emailed to you.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds will be processed once the items are received in our warehouse. Refunds typically take around 7 days to be processed, however they can take up to 10 working days.


Can I personalise my bracelet?

No, all of our bracelets in the DAD collection are engraved already.
